Technical RequirementsThis course is delivered live via Zoom with a BCCSA Instructor. To participate, you must join using your computer or laptop that is equipped with all of the following:
- Webcam
- Microphone
- Speakers or headphones
- Stable internet connection

Microsoft Excel 2007 or newer, fully licensed and activated (no trial or expired versions)
- Zoom downloaded and installed (free account required -
download here)
Please note: Joining the course using a mobile phone or tablet is NOT permitted
PreparationParticipants are strongly encouraged to:
- Perform a system check (computer and devices, Zoom, internet)
- Set up and test Zoom ahead of time
- Ensure all required course materials are accessible and ready to use during class
Environment & Workspace- Join from a quiet, well-lit space with minimal distractions
- Each participant must attend the course individually on their own computer
- Group participation is NOT permitted - if multiple people from your company are attending, each must log in separately using their own device
Participation ExpectationsThis is an interactive session. You are expected to:
- Be on time and present for the entire course
- Engage in all discussions and activities
- Complete any in-class tasks as directed
Post CourseThe Student Audit Assignment must be submitted within 4 weeks of course completion. Additional details and instructions will be emailed following the completion of the course.
Course MaterialsBCCSA will mail a hard copy of the student manual(s) to the mailing address provided during course registration 12 days prior to the start of your course. If you have not received your manual, please contact the Training Department at
training@bccsa.ca or call at 604-636-3690.
CancellationTo cancel a course, please send an email to training@bccsa.ca no less than fourteen (14) full days before the scheduled course. The full course fee will be charged if notification is not received within this time frame.
