Most Asked Questions

How do I renew my NCSO designation?

NCSO designations must be renewed every three years. To renew, you must complete the required number of continuing education units (CEUs) and submit a renewal application through your BCCSA account. Visit the NCSO / NHSA FAQs page for full renewal requirements.

How does my company get COR certified?

To obtain a Certificate of Recognition (COR), your company must develop and implement a health and safety management system, then pass an audit conducted by a BCCSA-approved auditor. See the COR Program FAQs for a full step-by-step overview.

How do I register for the TCP course?

TCP courses are offered through BCCSA-approved training providers across BC. You can search for available course dates and register through the TCP Course page. See the TCP Program FAQs for eligibility and cost information.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to receive a password reset email. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at info@bccsa.ca.

What is the FFRP and who is it for?

The Falls From Elevation Residential Program (FFRP) supports residential construction employers in improving fall protection practices on worksites. It is available to BCCSA member employers working in residential construction. See the FFRP FAQs for eligibility details.

How much does BCCSA membership cost?

BCCSA membership has no fees. If you are registered with WorkSafeBC under the construction, aggregate, or ready-mixed concrete classification units, you are automatically a BCCSA member. See the General FAQs for more details.
