Course Requirements & Information

To ensure a smooth and productive learning experience, please review the following requirements

# Pre-Course Assignments - REQUIRED

There are two assignments that MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE ATTENDING THE COURSE:

The checklist will automatically download to your computer's Downloads folder. Please complete the checklist and save a copy for your records. You do not need to send it to the BCCSA, but must have it accessible during class as it will be referred to during the session.

Arrival

- Arrive 10 minutes prior to class
- Class runs 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Parking is available on site

Participation Expectations

You are expected to:

- Be on time and present for the entire course
- Engage in all discussions and activities
- Complete any in-class tasks as directed

Cancellation

To cancel your registration, please send an email to training@bccsa.ca no less than seven (7) FULL days before the scheduled course. The full course fee will be charged if notification is not received within this time frame.
