Course Requirements & InformationTo ensure a smooth and productive learning experience, please review the following requirements

There are two assignments that MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE ATTENDING THE COURSE:

The checklist will automatically download to your computer's Downloads folder. Please complete the checklist and save a copy for your records. You do not need to send it to the BCCSA, but must have it accessible during class as it will be referred to during the session.Arrival

- Arrive 10 minutes prior to class
- Class runs 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Parking is available on site

Participation ExpectationsYou are expected to:

- Be on time and present for the entire course
- Engage in all discussions and activities
- Complete any in-class tasks as directed

CancellationTo cancel your registration, please send an email to training@bccsa.ca no less than seven (7) FULL days before the scheduled course. The full course fee will be charged if notification is not received within this time frame.
