Sue Bianco, Office Manager of Miller Capilano Maintenance Corp., Squamish meets with BCCSA's Injury Management Advisor Vernita Hsu. Sue loved that Vernita was able to send copies of a variety of documents that they could modify to suit their company, "This might seem like a small thing but it was really beneficial to my goal of putting together a binder of standardized, easy-to-understand information about injury management procedures and processes that all our staff could use."
