BCCSA at the Western Conference on Safety

In April, our team had the opportunity to attend the 2023 Western Conference on Safety in Vancouver. As one of the biggest occupational health and safety conferences in Western Canada, this event was a bustling hub of knowledge, innovation, and networking.

Our team not only attended but also participated in the trade show. Elyse, our Regional Safety Advisor from Vancouver Island, was present to share her expertise and insights with the attendees.

We participated in various sessions that covered a broad range of essential topics, including the latest requirements from WorkSafeBC, mental health, harassment, and women’s health. These discussions provided us with valuable knowledge and tools to reinforce our commitment to promoting safety and health in the construction industry.
