Due to COVID-19 our office is not open to the public and the purchasing of replacement cards in person. We will not be accepting cash payments until further notice.

You must carry a valid TCP card on your person at all times while flagging. The fee to reprint your card is $20.00 (including GST). To purchase a replacement card, payments can be made over the phone with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).  Call  604-636-3675 or toll free 1-877-860-3675 to pay for your replacement card.  Please note we do not accept Visa Debit cards.  If you do not have a credit card, we do accept pre-paid Visa or pre-paid Mastercard which can be purchased at grocery stores, drug stores and most gas stations.

Personal cheques are not accepted.
