No Cost Training Policy
Companies in the Construction sector (Classification Unit 72xxxx), Aggregate Classification Unit 704008 or Ready-Mix Classification Unit 712033, are eligible to take the training at no cost. A deposit is charged upon registration and released upon successful completion of the course. Those who do not qualify are charged fully upon completion of the course.
Cancellation
To cancel a registration, you must send a written confirmation to training@bccsa.ca If written notification is not received within the stated time frame, the full course fee will be charged.
In Person: Contact the training department 5 business days in advance to cancel an in person course.
VILT (Zoom): Contact the training department 14 business days in advance to cancel a VILT course.
The BCCSA and its venue partners reserve the right to cancel any courses due to insufficient enrollment or other causes. In this case, you will be notified by the BCCSA through phone call or email at least 5 business days prior to the course.
Transfer
The BCCSA does not allow transfers for its courses, for both individuals and group registrations. The registrant will have to cancel the course they are registered for and register for another course. Our cancellation policy of 5 business days is still in place in this situation as well.
Course Information Emails and Urgent Notifications
After completion of this registration, the course participant must:
- Ensure they receive confirmation that the course is running as well as a course reminder before the scheduled course date.
- Check their emails prior to attending the course for last minute training updates and/or changes.
- Ensure that they have attained the course details as well as all required course information before arriving to the course.
Please Note: After you register you will be provided with immediate confirmation that your registration was successful through this on line system. You must receive confirmation and a course receipt to be added to the class list. Remember to check your emails prior to the course to receive urgent training notifications. Bring your lunch! The BCCSA does not provide lunch for participants attending the training.
Privacy Policy
I understand that the BC Construction Safety Alliance (BCCSA) respects my privacy and that they will never sell, trade or loan my information to other organizations. I understand that the BCCSA will use my information only for data collection purposes, certificate issuance and to provide verification of completion of training. I understand that if I do not complete this BCCSA course, I will not be issued a course certificate.
