The BCCSA and its venue partners reserve the right to cancel any courses due to insufficient enrollment or other causes. In this case, you will be notified by the BCCSA through phone call or email at least 5 business days prior to the course.

Transferring individuals is prohibited

With bulk registration, everyone registered must stay in the same class, or, transfer to the same class. As your
deposit is collected as a lump sum amount, the BCCSA is unable to transfer anyone in a bulk registration
separately.

What happens if someone from the group cannot attend?

Any person who cannot attend will be cancelled and required to re-register via the website. For example: If 4 participants were registered for an April 2nd class, but 1 of your 4 workers requests to attend on a different date than the rest of the crew, this person will be cancelled and required to re-register via the website.

BCCSA cannot accommodate transfer requests.
